All products listed on Republic Boutique.com are described to the best of our abilities and the specifications reflect the information that has been provided to us. All care is taken to ensure this information is correct, but we cannot eliminate the possibility of human error.


Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed at Republic Boutique.com are inclusive of taxes and are displayed in Australian dollars.


If you order an item which is temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted by email and notified of the expected delivery date. If you order an item which has been discontinued after your order has been processed, you will be notified by email and your payment will either be refunded electronically or reimbursed in the form of website credits equivalent to the cost of the order.


Republic Boutique does not guarantee that it will be able to make any changes, additions or cancellations to an order that has been accepted through the website. Requests for changes or additions to an order may be made through the contact form on the website (http://Republic Boutique.com/contact).


All payments made will be processed through an encrypted, secure gateway, and credit card details will not be stored in our database.


Orders are only delivered to your nominated address between Monday to Friday during business hours. Order are generally processed within 2-3 days of being accepted, and products are then shipped with Australia Post. Delivery within Australia generally takes 1-3 working days after processing and delivery outside of Australia generally takes 4-10 working days after processing. We are unfortunately not responsible for any delays once the order has been processed.

Republic Boutique will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. Republic Boutique will not be held responsible in the event that incorrect delivery address has been entered into the website.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.


All items are quality checked before they are shipped to your address. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect and notify Republic Boutique of any faulty or damaged goods within 5 working days of receiving the goods.


Any product that arrives with a fault must be returned within 5 working days of receiving the goods and within 14 days of receipt of your order. Faulty goods will be reviewed and dealt with as per the manufacturer’s warranty.


Republic Boutique does not offer refunds, however, if the purchase is not suitable we offer exchanges or credit for online orders received within 14 days of receipt of your order. Exchanges may be posted back at the customer’s expense or returned in person to our office or one of our affiliated stores. Exchanges will only be accepted where the product has not been worn, altered or washed and has all original tags attached.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns where the products are not in new, unused condition. Products sent for return that are not in new condition can be sent back at the customer’s expense or may be picked up from one of our stores.

We are unable to accept exchanges on sale items, special orders or any item sold at a reduced price.


Unless otherwise specified, all materials appearing on the website, Republic Boutique.com.au including the text, logos, graphics, icons, images, website designs are the sole property of Republic Boutique Online.


Republic Boutique respects your right to privacy. Republic Boutique does not distribute your details in any way.


Republic Boutique only collects the information it needs to conduct their business. Republic Boutique may use your details to contact you regarding your order for reasons such as, but not limited to, failed credit card transactions, incomplete order information, and stock availability. All email correspondence will contain the necessary information to opt out from receiving further updates.

No credit card details are stored permanently by Republic Boutique.


Republic Boutique does not sell or provide access to your details.
