Shipping policy

We will attempt to ship your order the next business day. Consequently, where an order is placed on a Friday or Saturday (AEST) we will be unable to ship your order until the following Monday (AEST). 

All shipping, both domestic and international, is undertaken through AusPost. All shipments will be accompanied by a tracking number which AusPost will provide you with when the shipping label is generated. Shipping times are approximate and are provided by AusPost. All shipments will be boxed and addressed to the name and address provided. We cannot ship to a different name or address. We are able to offer express shipping services, at an extra cost, if that is required - these services will still be undertaken by AusPost.
